By using HOCONO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to place orders; a parent or legal guardian must supervise and authorize use by anyone below the applicable age of majority. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Provide accurate account and delivery information and keep it current. Protect your sign-in credentials and notify info@hocono.com of suspected unauthorized access. Social login is optional where offered and is also subject to the provider’s terms. You are responsible for activity you authorize; HOCONO remains responsible for obligations imposed by law.

Product availability, descriptions and prices are shown when you shop. Review currency, delivery charges, taxes and the total before authorizing payment through Stripe, PayPal or another displayed method. You confirm that you may use the selected payment method. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not guaranteed availability. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding on revised terms or cancel and refund amounts paid. Import duties not collected at checkout may be payable to local authorities as disclosed or required by law.

Delivery estimates depend on destination, stock, customs and carriers and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Provide a complete address and report missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries promptly. Responsibility for loss transfers on delivery to you or your designated recipient, subject to any stronger protection required by law. Contact support if a shipment is delayed or lost.

Our Returns and Refund policies linked below explain eligibility, requests and processing. Read them and any product-specific restrictions before purchase. These policies do not remove statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods, cancellation, repair, replacement or reimbursement.

You retain ownership of reviews, photos and videos you submit. You grant HOCONO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display that content to operate and present the service, including through providers acting for us. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, including consent from people shown. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not post illegal, infringing, misleading, threatening, hateful or sexually exploitative material, private information about others, spam or undisclosed paid endorsements. Report concerns to info@hocono.com. We may remove content that violates these terms or law. Account deletion and limited retention are described in our deletion policy.

Do not commit fraud, impersonate others, abuse payment or return systems, distribute malware, bypass security, access accounts without permission, harvest personal information, manipulate reviews or interfere with service availability. Use the service only for lawful purposes.

HOCONO and its licensors own the service software, branding, designs and other protected materials, except content belonging to users or other rights holders. You may use the service for its intended shopping functions. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale or misuse of protected materials beyond applicable legal exceptions.

We aim to provide accurate and reliable services, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional implied warranties. To that same extent, HOCONO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory product warranties, fraud, willful misconduct or consumer remedies. Any limitation applies only where lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may restrict or suspend access for material breaches, fraud, security risks or legal requirements, with notice where practical and appropriate. You may stop using the service and request account deletion using the linked instructions. Closure does not cancel outstanding payment duties, valid orders, refund rights or legally required retention. Terms that by their nature must survive closure continue to apply.

Subject to mandatory laws protecting consumers where they live, these terms are governed by Texas law and applicable United States federal law. Disputes may be brought in competent courts in Houston, Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; doing so does not restrict legal remedies or required filing deadlines.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version and date here. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter confirmed purchases or accrued rights. Continued use after the effective change is subject to the updated terms to the extent allowed by law.
