Open Account Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot sign in or cannot access that option, use the email request below. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Email info@hocono.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request”. Include the email address associated with your account and whether you used Google, Apple or Facebook login. For Apple Hide My Email, include the relay email shown for HOCONO if available. You can use this email route without signing in. We may request proportionate verification; never send your password, full card details or login codes. The website Account → Security deactivation option closes access; use an explicit deletion request for removal of personal data. Deactivation alone is not confirmation that data has been erased.

When the verified request is completed, we remove or de-identify account profile data, linked social login identifiers, saved preferences and other personal data used primarily to operate your account, except for the limited records described below. Reviews and uploaded media are removed or de-identified where applicable; identify any content containing personal information in your request so we can locate it.

We may retain necessary order, invoice, payment and refund records to meet tax and accounting laws, handle disputes, prevent fraud or comply with legal holds. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and is not used for general marketing. Backup copies expire through normal retention cycles. Data already held independently by payment or login providers is governed by their policies.

We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. If verification, unresolved transactions or legal obligations require more time, we will explain the reason and expected timing, subject to applicable legal deadlines. We will confirm completion and explain any information that must be retained. Contact info@hocono.com for request status.

You may also remove HOCONO access in your Google account, Apple sign-in settings or Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Removing a provider connection does not itself delete HOCONO records; submit the deletion request above. Deleting HOCONO does not delete your account with the login provider.
